Hydration

For an overall good health it is important to keep your body hydrated. Water will optimize the function of every cell, tissue, and organ in your body, as well as remove waste, and lubricate your joints.

Useful Tips: Drink 1 cup (8 ounces) of water every 15-20 minutes. It is far more effective than drinking large amounts infrequently. Drink sport drinks only if prolonged sweating. Electrolytes are useful for fast hydration and muscle support but only during extended and heavy exercise that lasts longer than an hour. Plain water is the best choice for staying hydrated, but herbal teas, fruit juices, milk, tea, coffee, soda will also add to your daily intake.
